Wireless Smartphone Connectivity²⁶ seamlessly connects your smartphone to your Octavia. Whether you want to listen to music or receive turn-by-turn directions, you can do it all without touching your phone.

Virtual Cockpit 

All that important information, which used to be shown on your dashboard gauges, is now bought to life in a dynamic digital display. The driving data includes, speed and duel readouts - along with more contemporary features, like driver assist and navigation tools. ​

Head-UP Display

This innovative feature increases both safety and comfort by projecting the most important information such as speed, navigation, detected traffic signs and activated driver assistance systems directly onto the windscreen, in clear view of the driver. This allows them to read such information without taking their eyes off the road. ​

Wireless Charging

No cables, no worries with Qi Wireless charging in the centre console, you'll never get caught with a flat smartphone. ​

Virtual Pedal​

The Virtual Pedal is a touchless option for opening/closing the tailgate, perfect for when your hands are full.​

​Traffic Jam Assist³

Traffic Jam Assist³​ provides more safety and comfort in traffic jams and stop-and-go traffic. Traffic Jam Assist works in combination with the Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Assist systems.

Side Assist³​​

Side Assist³ (Blind Spot Detection) helps you change lanes safely by letting you know when a vehicle is in your blind spot. If so, an LED symbol in the side mirror will light up, and start flashing once you indicate. It also takes corrective action if there is a car in your blind spot.​

Park Assist³​

With the press of a button, Parking Assist³ will begin searching for a parking space in a line of cars or other obstacles. When found, the car will steer itself into the space while you simply control the pedals.​

Multi-Collision Brake³

If a car is involved in an accident and the airbags are activated, it could remain in motion and cause another accident, which is where the Multi-collision Brake³ (MKB) comes in, bringing the vehicle to a standstill to prevent a pile-up. The ESC incorporates a Multi-collision brake, a safety feature which activates the braking system after a collision to prevent further damage.

​Adaptive Lane Assist³​

Lane Assist³​ uses a camera positioned within the rear-view mirror unit to actively recognise lane markings and, if you begin to stray, take corrective action to gently steer you back on course. It will also send you audible and visual messages if you need to take additional actions. 

Front Assist³

Front Assist³ warns the driver of an impending collision at speeds between 5 and 210 km/h and activates automatic partial braking or triggers emergency braking if necessary.

Emergency Assist³

Emergency Assist³ intervenes if the driver becomes incapacitated. If no steering wheel movement or other driver activity is detected for a defined amount of time, a warning signal sounds. If the driver fails to react, the system initiates a short swerve. If there is still no reaction from the driver, the vehicle is automatically brought to a complete standstill, while the hazard lights are automatically activated.
